Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations, Maintenance & Instrumentation Supervisor/Engineer to lead the safe, reliable operation of our industrial gas facilities in Kulim. You will gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, maintenance, instrumentation, and reliability improvement initiatives while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and SHEQ teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, instrumentation or related industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ASU, AEL (H2), Ecovar plants, N2 Generator plants and pipelines.
• Monitor plant performance and support planned maintenance activities.
• Drive operational excellence to optimize reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, engineering changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and support continuous improvement.
