Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Resident Engineer - Mechanical to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses and facilities in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on delivering budgets, schedules, reports, and coordination with consultants and construction teams.

You will lead, motivate and develop staff, ensure compliance with codes, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction in a dynamic facility environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/construction
• Experience coordinating consultants and construction teams
• Strong understanding of budgets, timelines and reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets and timelines for each project phase
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and teams
• Assist in selection and oversight of consultants and contractors
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices with client and management
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and policies
• Lead and develop project teams, and communicate findings to management
