AJL (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Content Creator to build and grow our digital presence across social media. You will be actively involved in shooting content on-site, identifying opportunities, editing videos, and managing platforms.

You’ll follow engineers to project sites, record diverse footage, and craft engaging content for multiple channels. The role emphasizes hands-on content production outdoors, with CapCut or Adobe Premiere for editing, and strong storytelling to simplify

Qualifications

Creative content ideas and storytelling ability.
Comfortable working outdoors on construction sites.
Confident using a smartphone/camera to shoot videos.
Able to edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content formats.
Understand how to create a strong hook within the first few seconds.

Responsibilities

Follow client to project sites to capture content.
Record videos, photos, interviews, and engineering processes.
Identify moments and turn engineering activities into engaging content.
Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
