Job summary

AJL (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Content Creator to build and grow our digital presence across social media. You will be actively involved in shooting content on-site, identifying opportunities, editing videos, and managing platforms.

You’ll follow engineers to project sites, record diverse footage, and craft engaging content for multiple channels. The role emphasizes hands-on content production outdoors, with CapCut or Adobe Premiere for editing, and strong storytelling to simplify

Qualifications

• Creative content ideas and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable working outdoors on construction sites.
• Confident using a smartphone/camera to shoot videos.
• Able to edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content formats.
• Understand how to create a strong hook within the first few seconds.

AJL (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator to build and grow our digital presence across social media. This is not a desk-only content creation job. You will be actively involved in shooting content on-site, identifying content opportunities, editing videos and managing our social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Follow our client (Engineer / Director) to project sites, inspections and relevant activities to capture content.
• Record videos, photos, interviews, behind-the-scenes activities and engineering processes.
• Identify interesting moments and convert day-to-day engineering activities into engaging content.
• Create short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms.
• Assist in developing creative ideas, hooks, storytelling and content angles.
• Edit short-form videos for social media with captions, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects and other suitable elements.
• Ensure videos are engaging, professional and aligned with company branding.
• Repurpose one piece of content into different formats for multiple platforms.
• Manage and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare captions, hashtags and suitable posting formats, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and monitor content performance.

About you

• Creative and full of content ideas.
• Comfortable working outdoors and going to construction/project sites.
• Confident using a smartphone/camera to shoot videos.
• Able to edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
