Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Inspector of Works is relevant.
• Ability to attend site meetings and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on instruction and commitments for the project.
• Ensure works are per contract and comply with statutory requirements.
• Keep detailed site records and report weekly progress to the S.O.
• Attend site and progress meetings, liaise with parties and authorities.
• Supervise and inspect materials used by the contractor.
• Prepare and issue amended construction details and engineer’s instructions when required.
• Monitor site conditions.
