Jora Malaysia is offering a full-time internship for a period of at least three months, on-site. You will assist with accounting schedules, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and audit/compliance preparation, while also gaining exposure to company secretarial tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork, with on-the-job training and potential pathway to a full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with exposure to accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and eager to learn with good documentation discipline.
• Clear communication and good teamwork skills.
• Availability for a full-time internship for at least 3 months on-site.
• Willing to learn and support basic company secretarial tasks (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accounting schedules, supporting documents, and management reports.
• Perform bookkeeping and documentation: data entry, filing, and maintaining proper supporting documents.
• Support bank reconciliations and basic AR/AP reconciliations where applicable.
• Assist with audit and compliance preparation by compiling documents and supporting routine queries.
• Support basic company secretarial work under supervision (organising statutory records, simple documentation).
• Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned by the team.
• Receive structured guidance and on-the-job training in practical accounting workflows.
