Job summary

CCL Gobal is seeking an Offshore T&I Client Site Representative to be based offshore in Myanmar on a rotation. The role requires rigorous offshore surveillance and strong analytical capability to protect asset owner interests.

Reporting to the Project T&I Manager, you will manage loadout, installation procedures, DP2/DP3 operations, and interface with the vessel master and MWS under DNV-ST-N001, while enforcing safety and delivering clear technical judgments.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with deepwater offshore experience and project oversight.
• Experience in offshore upstream oil and gas with senior supervisory roles.
• On-site experience on subsea construction vessels or pipelay vessels.

Responsibilities

• Loadout, transportation and installation procedures for T&I.
• Assess and lead heavy-lift readiness per DNV-ST-N001.
• Oversee deepwater pipelay readiness and contractor procedures.
• Act as Offshore Field Representative & Assurance.
• Ensure marine operations align with approved ITPs and method statements.
• Provide rapid technical triage for offshore anomalies and MOC re-evaluation.
• Coordinate interface with vessel master, Installation Manager and MWS.
• Lead HSSE efforts: toolbox talks, JSAs and stop-work authority.
• Prepare reporting and participate in project meetings.
