Offshore Operations – Product and Test Engineer

Job summary

Jobtailor in Malaysia is seeking a Product Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to coordinate wafer and final test operations and drive test qualification across HW and SW. You will perform data analysis for production lot disposition, manage test hardware and tooling inventory, and collaborate with OSATs and suppliers to resolve yield issues and support ramp-up activities.

A strong focus on 8D problem solving and cross‑functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor EE/ME and 5+ years of experience as a Product Test engineer.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis software (yieldHub is preferable).
• Experience in semiconductor test qualification (HW, SW and test machine).
• Experience with Supplier and vendor management.
• Understanding of 8D methodology.
• Understanding of test manufacturing process and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OSAT departments to ensure smooth wafer and final test operation.
• Perform data analysis for production lot disposition.
