Elsa Talent in Malaysia is seeking an Offshore Night Drilling Supervisor for a 3-month contract from Oct 2026 to Dec 2026 to oversee well operations, monitor safety, and report on performance. You will coordinate with drilling contractors and the Well Services team, review design programmes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

A degree in engineering and IWCF Supervisors Level, with 10+ years in drilling and offshore jack-up experience, are required.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
IWCF Combined Supervisors Level well control certificate.
Minimum 10 years' experience in the Drilling Industry, including offshore night supervisor roles.
Experience offshore Malaysia preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on Well Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective work programs.
Coordinate with Drilling Contractors and Well Services for planned rig activities.
Maintain high Safety Standards and regulatory compliance.
Review Basis of Design and drilling/completion programmes.
Prepare daily activity reports with failures, losses time and lessons learned.
Report safety incidents or non-conformances and actions taken.
Analyze operating problems with onshore/offshore teams for corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to COMPANY BMS procedures and chemical-use tracking.
