Perunding D Lite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across offshore and onshore operations. The SHO ensures compliance with HSE policies, client requirements, and Malaysian regulations while supporting proactive hazard identification and risk management.

You will lead site inspections, risk assessments, PTW monitoring, and incident investigations; prepare HSE reports; coach teams on safety practices; and drive

Qualifications

• Registered Green Book Safety & Health Officer (DOSH) is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• Willingness to work offshore and travel as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and Malaysian regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments including HIRARC, JSA/JHA.
• Monitor PTW system and supervise safe work practices across offshore and onshore activities.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; collect evidence and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain incident records.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to support safety initiatives.
