We're on a mission to enable everyone, from single merchants to the largest companies, to move goods and e-commerce anywhere in Asia Pacific and beyond. Logistics should be easy, quick, and seamless at great rates. We believe this standard should be the norm, not the exception, as we strive to be the best logistics company in Asia Pacific. Currently, we've established our presence in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Singapore, and China. Our deep integration with AirAsia's network and infrastructure puts us in a unique position to achieve what sounds impossible, and we need you to help make this a reality.

A Day in a Life

As a startup, your days will be varied. Multitasking is normal, and your skills or natural talents may be leveraged to support other business priorities. The core responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all cargo priorities are set according to strategic priority sequence.
  • Have a deep understanding of aircraft cargo limitations by sector and flight level.
  • Respond promptly to booking confirmation emails.
  • Ensure all lying cargo has been planned accordingly.
  • Set cargo priority on the SmartKargo system based on strategic prioritization.
  • Plan cargo capacity based on country requirements and aircraft limitations.
  • Account for passenger load and baggage.
  • Ensure all cargo on the lying list is scheduled on available flights.
  • Divert shipments when necessary to prevent backlog and notify relevant parties via pre-alert.
  • Update station performance sheets after flight departures.
  • Support CBA China as required.
  • Provide booking confirmations within the set time frame when needed.
Requirements

Working in AirAsia and with the Teleport team may be culture-shocking at first. To help you adapt, we believe in leadership qualities such as:

  • Leading by example, willing to do any task yourself.
  • Prioritizing speed to effect change.
  • Over-communicating, especially given the autonomy of team members.
  • Taking care of staff and treating them with respect.
  • Being goal-oriented but flexible on details.
Skills
  • Minimum required skills include:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GSuite.
  • Meticulous and accurate in work.
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin as a working language.
  • Positive attitude and responsible work ethic.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
