Job Description

1. Send the CN station CBA with quality on time.
2. Confirm the waitlisted shipment manually within capacity.
3. Provide reports on offload/backlog performance.
4. Monitor yellow-AI first response to ensure booking confirmation lead time is within 20 minutes.
5. Respond to emails within 15 minutes on Yellow-AI.
6. Control capacity using the system and through agent communication channels simultaneously.
7. Aim to pioneer and maintain top station performance, including monitoring tonnage, capacity changes, and offload status.
8. Work closely with the commercial team and agents to adjust cargo submissions based on offload capacity.
9. Coordinate with CTO and Air Operations to ensure shipments follow priority sequences and capacity limitations.
10. Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation skills.
11. Be willing to work night shifts.
12. Use English and Mandarin as working languages.
13. Maintain a positive attitude towards work and be willing to take responsibility.
