Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations and General Administration
  • Assist the Assistant Manager, Admissions and Visa, in administering student insurance renewal, monitoring, claims, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student insurance policies and coverage.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with MOHE and legal regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with university staff, insurance providers, EMGS, and external agencies.
    • Build rapport and address concerns within the insurance jurisdiction.
  • Customer Service and Reporting
    • Provide accurate information and prepare reports for management.
    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in customer service, with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills.
    • Computer literacy, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Meticulous with attention to detail.
