Monthly Staff Activities & Birthday Celebration

Prepares HR-related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters).

Processes monthly salaries, employment records, and maintains confidentiality.

Maintains leave records.

Prepares HR monthly reports.

Assists HQ and outlets with general admin tasks.

Coordinates recruitment activities such as collecting documents and scheduling interviews.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

You are an ideal candidate because:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in large-scale retail accounts is an advantage.

Proficient in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Mature, team player, and able to work independently.

Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

Good teamwork, adaptable, positive attitude.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on weekends/public holidays when needed.

Willing to outstation when required.

Owns transportation for commuting.

Nice to have:

Experience in fast-paced environments with monthly reporting and deadline management.

Strong commitment to career development, eager to learn and grow with the company.

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
