Officer, Group Administration & Medical Policy Administration

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Officer, Group Administration & Medical Policy Administration to join our financial services client. This position supports the operations of life insurance policy administration—ensuring accurate updates, stakeholder communication, and high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process various policy administration requests efficiently, including:
  • Policy Update: Maintain accurate policy information
  • Coverage Limits: Adjust group plan limits as required
  • Payment Terms: Update contribution terms and handle premium adjustments
  • Verify the authenticity of policy information through cross-checking with supporting documents.
  • Liaise with ES, HR, brokers, and internal stakeholders to collect and clarify request details.
  • Ensure accurate data input, document management, and internal workflow compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth administration operations.
  • Ensure all requests adhere to internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage inquiries and support issue resolution related to policy matters.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
  • Requirements:
    • 1–2 years of experience in individual medical, group medical, or group life insurance administration.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
