Job description

1. Develop and manage production schedules for fabric orders based on demand forecasts and sales plans.

2. Coordinate with procurement, weaving, dyeing, and finishing departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production capacity.

3. Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling or workflow issues to minimize delays.

4. Maintain up-to-date records of production orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.

5. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to track order status and resolve supply chain challenges.

6. Assist in optimizing production efficiency and minimizing waste.

7. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on production status, issues, and improvements.

Job Requirement:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

2. Prior internship or experience in production planning or textile manufacturing is an advantage.

3. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning software/tools.

6. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
