Job description

To manage shoppers/tenants & external shoppers' complaints or feedback via phone calls, email, or walk-in, and to update them with appropriate manners.

To monitor shoppers' traffic flow and in-house marketing plans organized by ONECARD, ONESHOP, and Marketing at respective Customer Service & Concierge Counters.

To review all feedback, complaints, or comments from shoppers and tenants for management on a daily basis via Helpdesk Management.

To handle, promote, and manage ONECARD Loyalty program transactions, including processing ONECARD and 1Pay applications, renewals, replacements, or loss of ONECARD cards.

To print gift cards purchased from ONECARD and non-ONECARD members, tenants, or corporate sectors for their respective events.

To manage Mall Operations services such as Recycle Centre, Lost & Found, Loaning services like wheelchairs, power scooters, kiddie rides, and infant strollers.

To assist and monitor ticket issues to maintain mall Building Management and report all defect issues via Help Desk.

To plan staff coordination for all counters and provide full support to the team during certain events and peak seasons.

To monitor counter cleanliness, staff attire, and other areas including Luxe lounge, sitting areas in front of counters, CS workstations, and follow up on related documentation daily.

To coordinate with the Customer Service Team, mall ambassadors, and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

To work closely with the Operation Manager to ensure mall operations run smoothly within the business unit.

To manage cash flow and monitor daily transaction reports of kiddies, ONECARD transactions, and operational activities at counters.

To comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and standards with best practices for the overall team.

Requirements

Able to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays, with 11 gazetted Public Holidays.

Pleasant personality.

Proficient in speaking/writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
