About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. Based in our Kota Kinabalu, Sabah site office, this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain all office administrative functions, including filing, record-keeping, data entry and document processing
  • Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for our site team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the organisation and preparation of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Support the broader team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
