Job Summary

Responsible for accounts finance and office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions. Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial data.
• Performing posting of expenses or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify their accuracy (including invoices, bills or vouchers).
• Assist in Month-end closing and administrative matter.
• Ad-hoc tasks to you by Superior as and when required.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
  
  

Qualifications

Mininum LCCI Diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to handle full set of accounts and preparation of Reports.
• Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge in EPR system will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate with all levels, initiative and able to work independently.
