Job Description:

1. Arranging all departmental or related meetings involving the Head, Processing Technology.
2. Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
3. Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation.
4. Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them appropriately.
5. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
6. Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, and post, often on behalf of the Head, PT.
7. Assisting in preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
8. Assisting in budget and finance preparation and reports.
9. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
10. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
11. Handling P&C matters.
12. Organizing all OHI activities within the Processing Technology Department or for R&D at Carey Island together with HR.
13. Liaising with HR-Admin on building maintenance at Chemara Research Station.

To carry out all tasks directed by the Head, Processing Technology.
