About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office/Retail Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our retail stores and head office.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the retail and head office teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules and calendars
  • Assisting with the coordination of retail operations, such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and customer service
  • Handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
  • Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth running of the business

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or retail support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
