Monitor staff attendance including annual leave and part-time cleaner.
Check letter box, email, WhatsApp and Telegram on correspondences related to MIEA. If needed, update President/Secretary General.
Check news related to MIEA, BOVAEP, and the real estate industry. If any, circulate to BOD.
Prepare advisory and bulletin.
Purchase office amenities.
Prepare annual budget.
Liaison with BOVAEP, local and international associations: Arrange study tour.
Liaison with PR agencies and media: Coordinate with PR agencies for campaigns organized by MIEA.
Annual General Meetings and/or Extraordinary General Meetings: Scheduling, coordinating, preparation of documents, and distribution of notices for the meeting.
Liaison with accountant, company secretary and auditors: To coordinate the financial report, audit, annual returns and updating of information.
Coordinate the programme.
Website and Social Media Update.
Any other duty as may be assigned to you from time to time.
