Our integrated poultry business includes breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products, and feeds milling. Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative & Maintenance Support staff to join our team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support such as data entry, managing postage usage, photocopying, and filing.
  2. Maintaining office equipment and coordinating repair/support services as needed.
  3. Handling ad-hoc assignments such as servicing company cars, purchasing pantry items, and other tasks.
  4. Assisting at the front desk with clerical tasks, handling incoming calls, mailing, and greeting guests.
  5. Managing outgoing mails including sorting, weighing, sealing, franking, and record-keeping.
  6. Collecting and delivering incoming mails and parcels to various locations and departments.
  7. Handling incoming and outgoing mailbags, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating with courier services.
  8. Driving company employees or guests safely to designated locations and maintaining company vehicles.
  9. Performing basic vehicle checks and maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.
  10. Providing backup dispatch services, including delivering documents and parcels, and handling related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support or related fields.
