• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone ; answering or referring inquiries
• Provide general support to visitors
• Maintains safe and clean office environment
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Managing supplier relationships including Courier Services
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records with personnel, financial and other data
•Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
•Coordinate with suppliers and local vendors for marketing purposes
•Assist with planning for office and regional events
•Visa and health insurance applications/renewals for employees
•Support the successful operation of the Sales Office
•Participating in projects related to the improvement of company tools and resources
•Assist colleagues whenever necessary
•All other tasks that may be assigned when necessary
Requirements
✓Diploma and above in any field
✓Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
✓Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
✓Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
✓Exhibit self-motivation and determination
✓Willing to take on new challenges
✓Ability to learn company systems quickly
✓Must be bilingual: Excellent command in English and one other [or more] language
✓Experience of working in a multicultural environment (Western/Asian) an advantage
