About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team at Fintech Digital Asset Management Limited in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling all general office administration tasks such as filing, document management and ordering of office supplies
  • Providing reception and front-of-house support, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating office events, meetings and travel arrangements for the team
  • Assisting with financial and accounting tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash management
  • Supporting HR processes like onboarding new employees and managing employee records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office procedures and systems to increase efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in an office administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
