About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Interealtor Sdn. Bhd. in Jelutong, Penang. As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organized administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This full-time role is an integral part of our Administration and Office Support team.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain office systems, procedures and policies

Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, tenancy agreement and stamping submission

Liaison with Legislative Department for the registration and renewal of licenses

Provide support in scheduling meetings/training, managing calendars, coordinating event and travel arrangements

Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries

Contribute to the implementation of office improvements and streamlined processes

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication (English/Mandarin/Hokkien) and interpersonal skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively

Possess Secretary Qualification will be an added advantage
