About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin to join our talented team at 4ASICS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD'. This part-time role is based in Bayan Lepas Penang and will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This role require 5 hours a day/25 hours per week OR 6 hours a day/30 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Providing support for key office functions, including reception, scheduling, and procurement
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • Maintaining and updating office/QMS records and databases
  • Providing general administrative support to the broader team as needed
  • Assisting with some basic HR matters


What We're Looking For

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
