Job Description

  • Assist in updating and organizing the company’s internal knowledge base.
  • Input SOPs, FAQs, workflow guides, and internal notes into the system.
  • Organize and maintain digital files in a systematic manner.
  • Review and update outdated content to reflect the latest processes.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate information entry.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and documentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Office Management, Administration, or a related field.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday.
  • 9.00 am - 5.30 pm including 1 hour break.
  • Alternate Saturday.
  • Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
