Job summary

Bitdefender is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant focused on Penetration Testing to join the Offensive Security team. You will perform technical cyber assessments to improve clients’ security posture and collaborate with a delivery team on diverse security projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in penetration testing, knowledge of networks, OS security, and relevant certifications such as OSCP or CREST CRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security.
• Minimum of 2 years in penetration testing or vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of security controls, networks and operating systems.
• OSCP or CREST CRT certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform web and mobile application penetration testing.
• Conduct network penetration testing and source code reviews.
• Carry out red team assessments and social engineering exercises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client security posture.
