Job Description
  1. Identify potential OEM clients.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  3. Retain clients through regular communication and new opportunities.
  4. Develop tailored sales strategies for OEM clients.
  5. Set and monitor sales targets.
  6. Identify and target key market segments.
  7. Collaborate with clients on product customization (formulas, packaging, branding).
  8. Coordinate with R&D and production to meet client specifications.
  9. Provide private labeling solutions for clients.
  10. Develop competitive pricing models.
  11. Ensure products meet cost constraints while maintaining quality.
  12. Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and regulations.
  13. Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies.
  14. Oversee order processing from inquiry to delivery.
  15. Coordinate with logistics teams for timely product delivery.
  16. Ensure products meet regulatory requirements (safety, labeling, ingredients).
  17. Maintain product quality standards in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
  18. Provide sales materials, samples, and technical data to clients.
  19. Assist with branding and positioning strategies for clients.
