Job summary

A prominent solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to assist customers from China and Taiwan. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of reading and writing both traditional and simplified Mandarin. This role involves working in a 24/7 shift system and provides comprehensive leave and health benefits.

  • Responsible for China & Taiwan customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Requirements
  • Must be able to converse fluently using Mandarin & English.
  • Must be able to read and write traditional & simplified Mandarin wordings, and English
  • 24/7 shift system (5 days a week, 9 hours a day)
  • Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or above
