Eligibility

To apply for the Ocean Talent Programme, you must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Malaysian citizens age of 25 years old and below.

Academic Qualification: Existing TAR UMT Foundation/Diploma/ bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0000 or equivalent. New degree student with STPM/ A-Level/ UEC with minimum 1A’s.

Financial Background: Financially needy with a total monthly income of parents/ guardians of RM5,000 and below. Applicant must not presently hold any financial assistance from other organisations or institutions.

Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both verbal and written.

Interest: Aspire to pursue a career in the maritime industry.
