Ocean Operations Executive

The candidates must have full knowledge of ocean operational import & export, including costing and billing.

1. Monitor, motivate, and organize the operation team in planning, strategizing, and implementing tasks and duties in operations.
2. Handle and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all shipping and operational activities.
3. Update the system with each workflow, perform billing, and submit jobs for closing once completed.
4. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
5. Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
7. Have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
8. Capable of handling Import/Export operational matters and customs-related tasks.
9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing good analytical skills, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
10. Meticulous, committed, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
11. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
