Job summary

AWWA LTD in Singapore invites an Allied Health professional to join our Therapy Hub as an Occupational Therapist. You will work within an interprofessional team of OTs, Speech Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver person-centred rehabilitation across multiple settings.

You will assess client needs, develop and implement individualized programmes, monitor progress and liaise with other disciplines to optimise outcomes for intermediate and long‑term care.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore as a conditional or full registrant.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programmes to support clients in the Intermediate and Long Term care setting.
• Monitor training programmes and review its effectiveness.
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process.
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention.
