To carry a clinical caseload involving assessment and treatment.

To ensure the keeping of up to date accurate problem orientated medical records to comply with legal and clinical requirements.

To make known to the seniors, any deficiency in working conditions, equipment and procedures that may constitute a hazard to patients or staff and to ensure adequate precautions are instituted.

To make independent clinical decisions and to evaluate examination outcomes with support from senior staff.

To attend and participate in relevant multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and case conferences.

To communicate relevant clinical information to all members of the MDT within health and social services

Requirements & Qualifications

Must have Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Registered with Malaysian Occupational Therapy Association

Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professionals Board

General knowledge of Occupational management of various condition, eg Adult and Pediatric Neurology, Developmental pediatric, Psychology, General Medicine (Geriatric, Cardiac Rehab), Pressure garment and splintings
