Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify hazards and assess risks.
• Collaborate with department head to develop and implement safety protocols and practices.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on occupational health and safety matters.
• Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing education.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations.
• Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections as required.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
• To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
• Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
• Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
