Job description

This position requires a highly motivated and diligent O2C Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Order to Cash (O2C) process within the Shared Services sector. The role involves ensuring that all aspects of the O2C process are performed effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Description

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the O2C process
  2. Credit management responsibilities
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  4. Manage and resolve any O2C related issues
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  6. Analyze O2C data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the O2C team
  9. Prepare and present O2C reports to senior management

Profile

A successful O2C Manager should have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the Shared Services sector
  3. Strong knowledge of O2C processes and more importantly, Credit Management is a MUST HAVE
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
