Job summary

Nova Laboratories Sdn Bhd in Sungai Pelek, Sepang is seeking enthusiastic nutrition professionals to join a growing team. You will train distributors, craft nutrition content for social media, and support marketing initiatives on-site.

A Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics is required, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients. Evening and weekend work is expected, with a competitive RM4,000–RM6,000 monthly salary.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask.
• Experience in direct selling or marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide product trainings to prospects and distributors.
• Develop engaging nutrition and health content for social media.
• Create educational materials to promote health and products.
• Plan and present nutrition videos and on-camera content when required.
• Produce brochures, videos and newsletters.
• Assist in marketing plan development and execution.
• Post social media content and respond to distributor inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to drive brand growth.
• Will be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

1.Provide product trainings to prospects and distributors from direct selling network.

2. Develop engaging nutrition and health-related content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.

3. Create educational content, including posts, short videos, reels, infographics and articles, to promote health awareness and product knowledge.

4. Plan, produce and present nutrition-related videos and social media content, including appearing on camera when required.

5. Create persuasive, clear, and compelling content, such as brochures, videos and newsletters.

6. Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans.

7. Assist in creating and posting social media content.

8. Providing timely and accurate replies to distributors’ enquiries.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification / Requirement

Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience of working in direct selling company is an added advantage.

Willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
