Nutritionist cum Personal Health Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Offer nutritional and health screening advice and consultations to walk-in clients.
2. Promote and sell the company's products and services by educating, advising, and counseling a diverse range of customers.
3. Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
4. Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) procedures for customers.
5. Conduct bone density tests.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service.
7. Develop strong rapport with customers to better understand and support their health needs.
8. Passionate in inspiring people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
9. Manage overall inventory for the healthcare department, including stock ordering, receiving, and monitoring.
10. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of product shelves and stock areas.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Biomedical, Allied Health Sciences or Equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 years sales experience in Health, Retail Pharmacy, and Wellness Industry, having a proven track record for achieving sales targets are welcome to apply.
3. Possesses good persuasive and listening skills.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, self-motivated and willing to learn.
5. Able to work under pressure and work as a responsible team member.
6. Must be willing to work during weekends.
7. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage).
