We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nutritionist cum Clinic Manager to join our team. This position involves providing expert nutritional advice to clients while managing the daily operations of the clinic. Job Descriptions:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and consultations based on clients’ health status, goals, and lab results.
• Attend to customer inquiries (offline and online) and encourage them to make appointments to visit the clinic.
• Welcome customers and promote the list of products and services according to customers’ needs.
• Maintain good relationships with all customers by conducting consultations for new customers, advising on health care, and suggesting suitable health screening packages, treatments, procedures, medications, etc.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and retention, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain good knowledge of the products and services offered, including scope of treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends, issues, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Work closely with doctors and the management team to meet marketing & sales targets.
• Manage staff and conduct training sessions on sales techniques, communication skills, customer care, etc., when necessary.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to enhance the clinic's market reach.
