Job summary

Bio Naturecare Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive graduate in Food Science or related field to join our fast-paced wellness team. You will handle customer inquiries, assist in product development, and coordinate with R&D, purchasing, production, design and regulatory departments.

The role offers exposure to health supplement brands, branding initiatives, and the opportunity to learn throughout the product lifecycle in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in food science, nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health supplements or functional ingredients is a plus.
• Exposure to product development and branding industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and product consultations.
• Coordinate with R&D, purchasing, production, design, and regulatory teams.
• Assist in product formulation discussions and ingredient recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and presentation materials.
• Support product development and sample coordination.
• Assist in marketing tools, product information, and training materials.
• Follow up project progress and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Support regulatory documentation and product registration when needed.
