Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy Malaysia seeks a Nutrition/Dietitian graduate trainee to assess customers' nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, and provide dietary counseling. Fresh graduates welcome; training is provided.

You will plan and monitor monthly personal sales targets, acquire product knowledge, maintain stock, and support front-line staff during roadshows and events. The role emphasizes customer service and nutrition education in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nutritional consultant and product recommendations to customers.
• Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via newsletters and/or health.
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target.
• Acquire and update product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment.
• Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer.
• Nutritional training & briefing to the team.
• Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries.
• Assist in company activities, eg: roadshows, exhibitions, expo.
• Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required
