Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a healthcare department associate to deliver friendly, professional service and advise customers on health products.

You will ensure stock levels are maintained, assist with promotions, and support sales objectives of the Health Division. The role requires a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or dietetics, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in the health shop.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintain stock levels and stock accuracy.
• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Support sales targets through health division activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and promotional displays.
• Assist with stock maintenance, ordering, and receiving.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests.
