Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. seeks a customer-focused health department associate to ensure excellent service and smooth shop operations. You will manage stock levels, provide nutritional guidance, and support sales targets while maintaining clean displays and promotional tags.

The role requires a diploma or degree in nutrition-related field, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a health-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
• Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to customers.
• Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division to achieve the division's sales target.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of health items including promotional displays and price tags.
• Stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level control in the health department.
• Uphold cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
