Responsibilities

To support our growth and expansion, we are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to fill the following roles:

• Promote and sell the company’s range of products to business partners and customers.
• Manage customer relationships by attending to consumer needs, concerns, and complaints; and provide general health knowledge promptly.
• Provide nutritional consultations and product recommendations, including health talks and events.
• Build and maintain loyal relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with ad-hoc events as required.
• Collaborate with other product advisors, telemarketers, and marketing departments to achieve common goals.
• Deliver talks or presentations on the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, retailers, and product advisors.

Requirements

• Prefer candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Dietetics.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to earn more income.
• Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality.
• Opportunistic and willing to take risks.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Basic Microsoft skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with a preference for candidates fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
