QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

Have full working rights in Malaysia

Possess at least diploma in Medical Assistant/ Nursing

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Applicants with experience as a clinic assistant will be prioritized

Has a good and attractive personality

Able to work in shift systems and overtime (OT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort while they are in the clinic.

Register and record patient details.

Prepare and update patient records in the clinic's registration system.

Manage patient appointment schedules and ensure all appointments run smoothly.

Prepare the necessary equipment for the Medical Officer.

Assist the Medical Officer and be capable of performing medical procedures.

Provide medication.

Carry out or assist in managing medication stock and patient payment records.

Ensure medical equipment is maintained in good condition.

Ensure the clinic environment is in good condition and perform scheduled cleaning tasks.

Answer phone calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp, and messages on all social media platforms from patients.

Attend and actively participate in training and education provided at the clinic and company levels.

Perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the clinic.
