  • Reporting to: Senior Nurse Manager
  • Location: Johor

The role:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Operating Theatre, ensuring optimal staffing, workflow efficiency, and adherence to clinical protocols.

  • Lead, mentor, and support the OT nursing team to maintain high standards of patient care and surgical safety.

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of surgical procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies within the OT environment.


The experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Advanced certifications in specialised nursing areas (Post Basics)
  • Additional certifications in nursing leadership or administration are a plus.
