Nurse Educator (Ipoh)

Seeking a Nurse Educator to educate patients on Ostomy and Wound Management, based in Ipoh.

As a Nurse Educator, you will play a crucial role in educating patients about Ostomy and Wound Management, promoting the use of our products for optimal clinical results. You will develop and deliver patient education programs, support customer retention initiatives, and assist with product-related case studies. This position is based in Ipoh, with travel within the state of Perak.

1. A Nursing Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of clinical care experience.
2. Experience as an Enterostomal Therapy (ET) Nurse is highly desirable.
3. Previous experience as a Clinical Educator or trainer in the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. A customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to high standards of service.
7. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
8. Willingness to travel to customer sites and events. Own transportation is preferred.
