About the role

Join The Mind Faculty Sdn Bhd as a Nurse in our dynamic and growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
2. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
3. Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
4. Direct patients to the appropriate practitioner or service
5. Handle billing and payment inquiries
6. Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable at all times
7. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
8. Perform other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate
2. Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and the healthcare team
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
