Job description

Purpose Statement:

Lead the Plexus Program Leadership team in developing and executing full value stream, new product introduction, and transition programs across all global regions and market sectors. Support initial customer development and business growth to secure wins. Develop the overall program plan, lead execution, and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customers.

Key Job Accountabilities
  1. Lead the Regional Program Leadership Team: Train, coach, and mentor employees on tools and processes for successful product launches. Develop team members through career planning and accountability, focusing on potential evaluation, succession planning, and full potential realization.
  2. Build Relationships: Collaborate with Senior Leadership across departments to leverage relationships for global customer solutions and resource allocation.
  3. Support Program Execution: Manage and measure program-specific KPIs such as financials, costs, schedule, delivery, and quality. Communicate effectively to align expectations within Plexus and with customers.
  4. Collaborate with Leadership: Engage with senior leaders to understand business needs, support business development, and manage the opportunity funnel for regional programs.
  5. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and recruitment for the regional Program Leadership team. Manage regional costs and P&L to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  6. Demonstrate Core Values: Lead by example, hold team accountable, and focus on employee development and succession planning.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience; 5+ years preferred in a similar industry role.
Other Qualifications
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, business, finance, and program management; experience with contract manufacturing preferred.
